YOUR BRAND

Most people see your brand on a truck door, not a screen

A contractor’s logo passes thousands of people a day on the side of a work truck, sits in a front yard for two weeks after a job, and shows up on an invoice, a shirt, a proposal cover, and a business card handed across a counter. The website is one surface out of a dozen.

When those surfaces don’t match — three versions of the logo, a color that shifted somewhere between the sign shop and the shirt printer, a business card set in a font nobody can identify — the company reads as smaller and less established than it is. That impression forms before anyone has evaluated the work.

Graphic design, done properly, is the work of making every one of those surfaces say the same thing.

That is the entire test. Everything on this page is built around passing it.

We design and build websites for trades, contractors, and service businesses across South Louisiana — companies that make money on booked jobs, not page views. The work is judged on whether the phone rings more after launch than it did before.

CUSTOM DESIGN

Built as a system, not as one-off files

The common pattern we’re brought in to fix looks like this: a logo made years ago by someone’s cousin, a sign designed by the sign company, shirts designed by the shirt company, and a website designed by someone else again. Each vendor did what was asked. Nothing lines up.

We design the system first — the logo, the color values, the typefaces, and the rules for how they’re applied — and then apply it consistently across everything that follows. The result is that a new sign, a new truck, or a new brochure two years from now still matches what’s already out there.

You own the files

Every project is delivered with vector source files, exact color values in CMYK, RGB, Pantone, and hex, and named font files. That means any printer, sign shop, or embroiderer you hire can produce accurate work without coming back to us for a file, and without recreating your logo by eye.

This is a low bar that a surprising number of businesses have never cleared. If your only copy of your logo is a JPG pulled off your own website, you don’t functionally own it.

THE STARTING LINE

Where to start

LOGO DESIGN

A logo has to hold up at one inch on a business card and at eight feet on a building. It has to survive being embroidered on a cap, cut from vinyl in a single color, etched into glass, and rendered on a phone screen. Designs that only work in one of those conditions cause expensive problems later. We design for the full range, then deliver the variations — horizontal, stacked, single-color, reversed, and icon-only — so there’s a correct version for every application.

BRANDING

The system around the logo: color palette, typefaces, photography direction, and written guidelines for how it all gets applied. Guidelines matter most when you’re not the one doing the applying — the sign shop, the uniform vendor, and the printer each need to know exactly what to use. This is also where the harder questions get answered, like what your company sounds like and what it should communicate before anyone reads a word.

PRINT DESIGN

Business cards, brochures, folders, letterhead, invoices, forms, door hangers, and proposal templates. Print is unforgiving in ways screens aren’t — a file that looks right on a monitor can come back with cropped text or muddy color if bleed, resolution, and color mode weren’t set up correctly. We deliver press-ready files and coordinate with your printer on specifications so the first proof is close to final.

SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGN

Profile graphics, cover images, and post templates built on your brand system. For most service businesses the real value is the template set: your crew takes photos on a job site, and those photos drop into a consistent format instead of being posted raw or skipped entirely.

MARKETING MATERIALS

Sales-support pieces: sell sheets, line cards, capability statements, proposal covers, case study layouts, and direct mail. These do their work in a specific moment — sitting on a desk during a decision, or attached to a bid. That’s a different job than a brochure meant to be browsed, and it’s designed differently: shorter, more specific, and organized around the questions a buyer asks before committing.

SIGNAGE DESIGN

Vehicle graphics and wraps, yard signs, job site banners, building signage, and wayfinding. Legibility is the whole discipline here — a design is read from a moving car at distance, which allows far less information than most people want to include. Phone number, service, and area, in that order, usually beats a layout with six lines of copy. We also design to the specs your permit office, landlord, or wrap installer requires.

TRADE SHOW DESIGN

Booth graphics, backdrops, retractable banners, table covers, and the handouts that go with them. A booth competes with everything else in the aisle and gets evaluated from roughly twenty feet away, so the top third of the display has to communicate what you do without the visitor stopping first. We design the display, the collateral, and the follow-up materials as one coordinated set.

THE DESIGN PLAN

How the work runs

1. DISCOVERY

What you do, who buys it, who you compete with, and where the brand will physically appear. A company with twelve trucks and a trade show schedule has different requirements than one operating from a single storefront.

2. CONCEPTS

We present a limited number of directions with reasoning attached, not a wall of options. Fewer, better-argued concepts produce a stronger decision than twenty variations.

3. REFINEMENT + DELIVERY

One direction gets developed, refined through review, and delivered as a complete file set with guidelines.

DESIGN FOR YOUR BRAND

Industries we design for

Construction companies need identity that survives vehicles, signage, and safety apparel. Churches need materials that work across print, screens in a worship space, and outdoor signage. Manufacturers need capability statements and trade show presence that hold up to technical buyers. Nonprofits need donor-facing materials that communicate credibility with a limited budget.

Design work also feeds directly into web design — a site built on an established brand system is faster to produce and more consistent when it launches.

Serving South Louisiana and the Gulf Coast

We work with businesses in Hammond, Ponchatoula, Covington, Mandeville, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Slidell, and Gulfport, MS.
